Fluid Mechanics is the study of how fluids move and the forces on them.Where as Fluid Dynamics is the “sub-discipline” of fluid mechanics dealing with fluid flow.
In English Fluid Dynamics is the study of fluid movement and fluid statics are the study of fluids at rest. These two items make up Fluid Mechanics!
