The 5th and 6th ed are almost identical and both are incredible. We use the 6th ed at WVU. The book is very thorough and and easy read and has examples for every type of scenario…

Thermo Book Review
This book has great examples; however at times, I find that the equations used within the problems are not detailed enough to understand why they were used.

Best engineering textbook I own.
This text is my required for my Thermodynamics class at NCSU. It is by far the best written text book I have for any of my ‘generic’ engineering classes, like thermo, statics, or…

Disjoint, jumbled, approach
This review applies to the 6th edition. This is probably one of the worst text books I’ve used. The material is presented in a jumbled and disjoint manner.

Fresh and New
It is brand new and shipped 3-4 days after the purchase. It will be good if it is attached with the property tables

Still new to the book but…
I’m still new to the book, but it is a college textbook. We all know that the rating of the book isn’t too important because you have to get it anyway.

This is a bad book.
So I’m a college student and I try to save money on textbooks by getting them used online. And I can tell you that this book is not very different from the previous edition.
